ChongQing Government Mayor’s scholarship
（temporary）
For Exchange Professors and Students
Application Conditions
1. Non-China nationality citizen
2. Duration of Study or Research in ChongQing for 6-12 months.
3. Exchange professors must come from regular colleges or research organization, no
older than 50 year-old. Exchange students must be college students or graduate
students, no older than 40 year-old.
Application Materials
1. Application form for ChongQing Government Mayor’s scholarship A（Chinese or
English）
2. Study certificate issued by university or Research organization where you study or
work right now or job certificate issued by employment organization. （Chinese or
English）
3. For Exchange Students : school report card（Chinese or English）
For Exchange professors : Academic Papers, Writing and Art Works Published（Chinese or English）
4. Detailed Plan Concerning Your Study or Research in ChongQing. （Chinese or
English）
5. Two Letters of Recommendation from Your Professors or Associate Professors.
（Chinese or English）
6. For the Applicants Applying for Arts : VCD or DVD of Examples of Arts.(Two
Sketch, Two color pictures, Other Two Examples)
7. <<Foreigner Physical Examination Form>> (Photocopy)
Whether the Candidates are accepted or not, all the application materials will
not be returned.
Application Time
Application material can be submitted to applied colleges or website From Jan to
April every year.
For Students study in universities in CHONGQING
Application Conditions
1. Study time at least must be longer than 1 year.
2. Love CHONGQING, study with good mark, high Synthetical quality

港澳及华侨学生奖学金管理暂行办法
申请条件
1、港澳及华侨专科、本科、硕士、博士注册学生。
2、自觉遵守国家法律、法规，遵守学校各项规章制度。
3、城市守信，有良好的道德修养。
4、入学考试成绩优秀或在校期间成绩优秀。
申请程序
1、每年9月开始受理申请，当年10月31前评审完毕。
2、每年9月前申请人将已填写的《港澳及华侨学生奖学金申请表》及个人优秀
作品提交所在院校。
奖学金标准
1、本专科学生奖学金，分三个等级，其中，一等奖4000元/年， 二等奖3000元/年，三等奖2000元/年。
2、硕士研究生奖学金，分三个等级，其中，一等奖6000元/年， 二等奖4000
元/年，三等奖3000元/年。
3、博士生奖学金，分三个等级，其中，一等奖8000元/年， 二等奖6000元
/年，三等奖4000元/年。
中央将根据情况变化，适时调整奖学金等级和奖励标准。
奖学金发放
中国教育发展基金会根据教育部港澳台办审批的获奖学生名单将资金直接拨付
给学校。
台湾学生奖学金
申请条件：
1、来自台湾在祖国大陆普通高等学校和科研院所就都的全日制本科生、研究
2、生和博士研究生。
3、认同一个中国。
4、自觉遵守国家法律、法规，遵守学校各项规章制度。
5、诚实守信，有良好的道德修养。
6、入学考试成绩优秀或在大陆学习期间勤奋刻苦，成绩优良。
申请程序：
1、每年9月开始受理申请，当年10月31日前评审完毕。
2、提交《台湾学生奖学金申请表》
3、申请人作品
奖学金标准：
1、本科生，分三个等级：一等奖每年4000元，二等奖每年3000元，三等奖
每年2000元。
2、硕士研究生， 分三个等级：一等奖每年6000元，二等奖每年4000元，
三等奖每年3000元。
3、博士研究生，三个等级：一等奖每年8000元，二等奖每年6000元，三等
奖每年4000元。
奖学金的发放：
每年10月20日前各相关单位将建议获奖学生名单按隶属关系经主管部门初审后报教育部。教育部中国教育发展基金会对名单进行审核，复报教育部港澳台办审批。审批后公布获奖结果。
